Chopped Cole Slaw

  Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage
2 carrots
1 stalk celery
1/4 onion
3/4 cup salad dressing
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbs. sugar
1/4 cup Greek plain no fat yoghourt
1/2 juice of a lime
1/2 teas. dill weed, celery seed, salt and pepper


Recipe:
Chop first 4 ingredients in food processor
Add the rest of ingredients and stir well


Let chill in refrigerator for an hour or more and stir.


So so good!! Great with fried Tilapia!
