Fresh Jalapeno Salsa Relish

This can be real spicy. It matters how hot the jalapenos are. 

 Ingredients:

7 Jalapenos (cut tops off) can remove seeds for less spicy, but I don't 

1/2 Sweet Onion

4 Cloves Garlic

Large handful of Cilantro

1 tsp Salt

3/4 cup White Vinegar

Juice of 1 Lime

3 tbs Vegetable Oil  


In food processor chop up garlic and cilantro.  Then put on slicer blade and slice thin onion and jalapenos. Put in large bowl

Mix together vinegar, oil, salt, sugar and lime juice. Pour over jalapeno mixture mix well.

Put in canning jar and refrigerate. This tastes better after it sits for a couple of days.
