My Pickled Jalapeno Obsession

I changed the recipe from the video to make it better. So thankful for my grandson Caeden filming this for me! Love you Caeden!
Recipe:
2 med. canning jars with lids
4 large jalapenos (thinly sliced)
1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
3 carrots (cut thin)
Put in canning jars packed full (set aside)
Bring to a boil (stir)
1 1/2 c. vinegar (white or apple cider)
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
Pour over filled jars, stir, put on lids, let cool, refrigerate   
Tastes better after a couple of days!  So addictive!
