Beef Enchilada Casserole

So yummy!
Ingredients:
12 corn tortillas
1/2 cup oil
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 med. diced onion
1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper, cumin. paprika, onion, garlic, and chili powder
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can mild enchilada sauce 
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Oven 350* 
Recipe:
In a skilled add oil, heat on medium heat. Brown tortillas lightly in oil; set aside on paper towel.
Brown beef add onions together.
Then add seasoning; saute for about 5 to 7 minutes. (set aside).
In a large bowl mix together soup, and enchilada sauce.
In a 9by13 baking dish, layer first a little of sauce, 6 tortillas, beef, 1/2 of sauce and 1/2 of cheese. Layer another layer, top with rest of cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. 
Eat and enjoy!!
