Asian Pork with Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:
1 lb. teriyaki flavored pork loin
1/2 chopped head of cauliflower
4 chopped broccoli crowns
1/2 head of chopped cabbage
7 button mushrooms cut in half
1 med. chopped onion
1 1/2 cups of steamed white long grain rice
1 bottle of sweet and sour sauce
season salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder

water





Pre heat oven at 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, put in all vegetables; add 2 tbs. of oil and a dash of season salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Toss well. Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray and put vegetables on cookie sheet. 
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Then set aside. 



Rinse pork, then cut into bite size pieces. Add to pork 1 tbs. soy sauce and 1 tbs. of oil; and a dash of pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
In a cast iron skillet add 1 tbs. oil. Cook meat on med. heat, until moisture is gone and browns. Add sweet and sour sauce to meat. In the sweet and sour bottle, fill 1/2 full with water; shake then add to pork. Let pork simmer for 10 minutes.



Mix together well all cooked ingredients. Eat and enjoy! So yummy!!
