Recipe:
1 large packet of 13 fresh chicken wings (cut off small wing tips and discard)
Marinate and refrigerate over night; sprinkle with a little salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and onion powder.
Before cooking cut wings in half.
In a large cast iron skillet brown wings in oil on both sides until golden brown.
Place in oven, on a single layer. Bake 425 for 12 to15 minutes.
Toss with wing sauce or dip.
Sauces:
Beth's Honey BBQ
Recipe:
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbs. honey and Worcestershire sauce
1 teas. smoke sauce
dash of cracked pepper, onion and garlic powder
Mix all in a bowl and microwave for 40 seconds; stir well.
Beth's Asian Wing Sauce:
1/4 cup teryaki marinate
2 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs honey
1 tbs. grated fresh ginger
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 juice of a lime
1 teas. vinegar
1 teas. brown sugar
dash of cracked pepper
Blend all together, heat in microwave for 40 sec.; then stir.
AJ's Sriracha Sauce
Recipe:
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
2 tbs. melted butter
1 tbs. Asian sauce (above)
1/4 cup ranch dressing
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl; then heat in microwave for 40 seconds; then stir.
Jonathan's Hot Wing Sauce
1/4 cup Louisiana hot sauce
1/4 cup melted butter
Stir well.
