Pickled Ginger

Ingredients:
1/2 cup peeled thinly sliced ginger 
1/2 cup water
1/2 teas. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
Recipe:
Rinse sliced ginger and put in a small Mason jar.
Boil water, salt, sugar, and vinegar
Pour over ginger
Let set 2 hours then refrigerate
Great with sushi, Asian dishes, and many more!
