Ingredients:
2 tbs. olive oil
2 tbs. butter
3 to 4 chicken breasts, chopped (bite size)
3 tbs. fresh grated ginger
Juice of 1 orange
1 grated orange peel (about 1 tbs.)
1 tbs. honey
3 tbs. light soy sauce
1 tbs. rice vinegar
Recipe:
On medium to high heat, saute chicken in oil and butter for a few minutes.
Then add the rest of ingredients and simmer for 5 to 8 min.
Serve with brown or white rice.
