Ingredients:
Sirloin steak cut in 3 to 4 inch chunks (trim off unwanted fat)
1 zucchini cut in 1 inch slices
1 package button mushrooms cleaned
1 bell pepper cut in chunks
1 onion cut in chunks
wooden skewers (soak in water for 30 min) this is so the wood won't burn on the grill
1/2 stick butter
2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup olive oil
seasonings
outside charcoal grill- get ready and hot
Meat marinate-sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Let meat marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Seasonings for vegetables- sprinkle them and toss with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
Oil rub to brush on kabobs before you put on the grill- 1/2 stick melted butter, 2 chopped garlic cloves, and 1/3 cup olive oil
Place meat and vegetables on wooded skewers, brush with oil mixture, then place grill.
Grill kabobs for 7 to 10 minutes on each side. The steak will be medium; pink .
