Spinach Dip

My sister Bobbi's best spinach dip! She added more spinach to the original recipe and chopped up the onion and water chestnuts in food processor.  Once you start eating it is so hard to stop!! So so Good!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 loafs of fresh french bread
2 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach; thawed (squeeze out excess water with a paper towel)
1 container (16 oz.) lite sour cream
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 package Knorr vegetable recipe mix
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained

4 green onions

Recipe:
In a large bowl that has a lid mix together well sour cream, mayo, and Knorr.
In food processor chop, water chestnuts and green onion; then add to sour cream mixture, blend
Mix in spinach; blend well.

Put lid on bowl and refrigerate overnight, this tastes best, (or at least 4 hours so the vegetable mix will soften)

When dip is ready,  right before you eat cut bread in half and dig out center of bread. Fill bread with dip. Chop up the rest of bread in pieces to use for dipping.

Eat and Enjoy!!
