So Addictive!
Ingredients:
3 large tomatoes chopped (sometimes I peel off some of the skin)
4 chopped scallions with half of green ends
3 tbs. pickled jalapenos
2 crushed cloves garlic
juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp. salt
Put first 4 ingredients in food processor and chop up; then add salt and lime juice, blend.
It might create some foam, it will calm down as it sits.
Eat and enjoy!!
