Tilapia in Garlic Cream Sauce with Pasta


A wonderful, tasty dish! 

Ingredients
3 to 4 Tilapia filets
2 tbs. butter
2 tbs. olive oil
2 tbs. flour
3 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 teas . Italian seasoning
Dash salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika 
2 cups milk
 

 Saute garlic and seasonings in oil and butter for a few minutes.



Add flour and saute for a few minutes; then add milk simmer until thickened
 
 Add fish and simmer in sauce for 10 minutes.

Pasta
Ingredients
1/2 pound vermicelli pasta ( cooked and drained)
2 tbs. olive oil
1 tbs. butter
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
Dash salt and pepper

While pasta is hot add  butter, olive oil, cheese and a dash of salt and pepper. Toss together

Put fish and sauce on pasta, with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of parsley. Enjoy!!


Great with salad and garlic bread!
