Sausage on Rye

Easy, Yummy, and low cost sandwich!

I use country mild Jimmy dean sausage.  Slice and roll in a ball and flatten sausage.  Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Brown and cook sausage in skillet.

Saute and slice 2 onions until tender, with salt and pepper.  Add 1 tbs. rice vinegar and 1 tea. sugar.

Build your own sandwich and enjoy!!

I made some sweet corn on the side.  It was great
