Restaurant Mushrooms

Easy and so Yummy!!

 

Ingredients:

1 package of button mushrooms

2 tbs. salted butter

2 tbs. soy sauce

1/2 cup sherry

a dash of garlic and onion powder

 

Recipe: 

Clean mushrooms; cut off woody ends.

In a medium sauce pan add mushrooms, butter, soy sauce, and sherry. Then add a dash of garlic powder and onion powder. Cook for about 10 minutes. Stir once and a while. So easy, now it is done!

 

Serve with almost any dish! Steak, seafood, chicken, or by themselves.  You might want to make a double recipe.  They go fast!!  I made it with my shrimp Alfredo.
