Coleslaw

This coleslaw is easy to make, fresh, and great with fish!

 

Recipe:

1/2 head of a large cabbage, sliced real thin

2 carrots shredded

1/2 medium sweet onion, sliced real thin

Dressing: wisk together 3/4 cup healthy balance mayonnaise, 3 tbs. rice vinegar, 1 tbs. sugar, and 1 teas. celery seed. Dash of salt and pepper

Put dressing on veggies. It won't look like there is enough dressing but it will wilt down. Let cool in refrigerator and enjoy!
