Great for kids Birthday!!
Make cupcakes as directed on package. Put cup cake wrappers in muffin pan. Fill batter 3/4 full. It will make about 15 to 17 cupcakes. Bake 350 for about 23 to 25 minute. Let cool completely. Ice cupcakes and put on some sprinkles. Place a gummy saver in center; then place candle in middle of gummy saver. My grandson loved them!!
