Angel Eggs
Boil eggs 9 minutes, rinse in cold water, then cool in refrigerator.
Dice up 2 tbsp. celery, dill pickle, and sweet pickle; and 1 tbsp. onion. Put in a bowl.
Take off egg shells; Slice eggs in half and take out yolks.
Smash
egg yolk well, then add 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt and 2 tbsp. salad
dressing. Add a dash of salt, pepper, dill and 1 tsp rice vinegar. Mix
all ingredients together.
Put mixture back in egg white cavity.
Sprinkle with Paprika.
Sometimes I cut in half a green olive and put on top (it makes it look pretty). It's numers!
