Sausage Gravy with Biscuits

This is great to make for a Saturday breakfast.  We make it sometimes for dinner too.

Ingredients:
1 package of mild country sausage
1 tube of Grands buttermilk biscuits 
1 16 oz. can evaporated milk
2 tbs. flour
1/4 diced onion
dash of garlic powder, salt, and pepper
1 cup 2% milk


Recipe:
Brown sausage with onion and seasonings
Add flour and cook for a few minutes
Pour in evaporated milk, stir on medium heat; it will start to thicken
Now add 2% milk and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
Add a little more milk if it gets too thick.


Cook Grands buttermilk biscuits as directed on package.


 Pour gravy over biscuits. Eat and enjoy!
