Semi- Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 jar supper chunky mushroom Ragu'(or any you like)
2 tbs.olive oil
1/2 pound lean hamburger
1 small can mushrooms
1/2 diced onion
3 cloves crushed garlic
Dash salt, pepper, Italian seasoning blend, and sugar
1/2 to1lb. cooked vermicelli pasta (or any pasta you like)

Brown hamburger, and onions in olive oil with salt and pepper
Then add garlic, mushrooms, and Italian seasoning; saute for a few minutes.
Add sauce and sugar and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then serve on your favorite pasta.
If you want to make more sauce add 1 can pureed stewed tomatoes
Great served with a toss salad and garlic bread!

Sometimes when I make this recipe, I add a can of stewed tomatoes that have been chopped up, with it's juices. I add it before I put in the jar sauce. It makes it taste even better. This will make the spaghetti sauce a little runnier. It makes it seem more homemade.

For simple garlic bread I use sliced french bread, fresh from deli. Top with real salted butter and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Put in broiler for 2 1/2 minutes. Not fancy but always tastes so good!
