Oatmeal Rasin Pecan Cookies

Pre-heat oven 350

Ingredients:

2 sticks salted butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teas. vanilla
3/4 c. unbleached flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp. water
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1/2 c. chopped pecans 
1/2 cup of golden raisins

Recipe:

Cream: butter , sugar, & brown sugar.
add- eggs, vanilla, then blend.
In separate bowl, stir together; unbleached flour, baking powder, baking soda & pumpkin pie spice.

Blend all together add water then stir.  Add quick oats, pecans & stir in golden raisins; It will be stiff ; mix well.
Prepare a cookie sheet lined with foil, and spray with pam.  Drop 1 tablespoon size ball of cookie dough on prepared cookie sheet.


Bake 10 to 12 min.  Make sure to let them cool so they will harden and will be easy to remove.  Makes about 4 dozen large cookies.  Enjoy!
