                                           Flavorful!!

Ingredients:
Steamed rice or cooked pasta
1 lb. boneless pork chops
3 tbs. lite soy and teriyaki sauce
1/2 juice of a lime
1 tbs. hot sauce
2 tbsp. grated ginger
2 tsp. crushed garlic
5 tbsp. oil
1/2 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup fresh chopped pineapple
1/2 jar La Choy sweet and sour sauce
1 teas. rice vinegar and honey

I put this on angel hair pasta.  It is also great on steamed rice
Recipe:
Chop up 3 to 4 boneless pork chops in bite size pieces; marinate over night or 2 hour in, low sodium soy sauce, teriyaki sauce,  juice of a lime, hot sauce, garlic and 1 tbs. fresh ginger.

Saute pork in 3 tbs. hot oil until all moisture is gone and browned. Set aside

Saute in 2 tbs. oil, carrots, celery, onion, 1 teas. grated garlic and 1 tabs. ginger.  Add a dash of soy sauce and pineapple juice if you need some moisture.

Add fresh pineapple and cook for a few minutes. Then add sweet and sour sauce. Add rice vinegar and honey. Stir.

Simmer for a few minutes then add cooked meat.

Eat and enjoy! I put some crispy fried noodles on top for some crunch!
