Beth's Shrimp Cocktail Salsa

 Ingredients:
1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
2 tbs. of fine diced onions
2 tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
2 or 3 jalapenos, diced fine (seeds and ribs removed)
1 diced avocado
12 oz. cooked small shrimp, chopped
1 clove of crushed garlic
Juice of 1 lime
1 cup V8 juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Get with your favorite tortilla chips and dig in!!
