Beth's Apple Cobbler
This cobbler is so delicious!!
Peel 8 to12 apples, and cut into chunks.
In a pot, add apples with:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 sugar
1 teas.cinnamon
1/2 the juice of a lemon
Simmer for 15 min.
In a separate bowl stir together:
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup self rising flour
3/4 cup sugar
Butter a 13/ by 9 baking dish
Pour in batter
Top batter with cooked apple mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350.
Cool for 15 min.
Top with cool whip, ice cream, or just eat naked! Yummm!
