Easy Salmon Patties


Stir together:
I can salmon (drain; take out bones and skin)
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1 beaten  egg
dash pepper and dill weed
Make into patties and coat with panko bread crumbs
Put about 1/4 cup oil and 1 tbsp. butter in frying pan.
Cook on medium- high heat and fry until golden brown; About 3 minutes on each side. Serve with tartar sauce.(1/3 cup miracle whip, 3 tbs. sweet pickle relish, and 1 tsp.dried dill weed)
