Ingredients:
2 cups long grain white rice
3 1/2 cups boiling water
3 chicken bullion cubes
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. garlic and onion powder
2 tbsp. butter
5 thinly sliced button mushrooms (optional)
Recipe:
In an oven proof dish add uncooked rice; set aside.
On the stove in a medium sauce pan, boil water, then add other ingredients. Stir.
Pour hot liquid over rice. Stir.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil or a casserole lid.
Bake the rice at 350ยบ F for about 35 minutes.
Fluff the rice with a fork prior to serving.
