OK, my son Jon decided to grill some pork ribs and then put them in the oven with the salmon. I can't believe they both turned out so yummy! He grilled the pork ribs on the charcoal grill for 20 min. then put the raw salmon (with dry rub) together on a sheet pan, with the ribs in the oven at 375 for 50 min. (cover with foil) Then browned them in the broiler for 4 min. SO SO crazy, but it worked?? So delicious! The dry rub on the salmon and pork was delicious!
Dry Rub:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 white sugar
1/2 teas.paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, garlic and onion powder.

Butter sauce for the salmon was: 1 stick of salted butter, 2 cloves of crushed garlic; microwave for 40 sec.
