Ingredients:
This can also be made with no meat.
3 chicken breast, chopped in bite size pieces (marinate for an hour or so in; 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1 teas. fresh ginger and pepper.)
Steam 3 cups of broccoli; (set aside)
3 carrots sliced at a diagonal
1 stalk of celery sliced at a diagonal
2 onions, sliced
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
large bundle fresh green beans
4 tbs. low sodium soy sauce
1 tbs. salted butter
4 tbs. oil
2 tbs. honey
1 tbs. rice vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 jar sweet and sour sauce
Steamed rice
Recipe:
Saute chicken in 2 tbs. oil for 5 to 7 minutes until cooked; then set aside.
In 2 tbs. oil and 1 teas. rice vinegar, saute carrots, onion, and celery until half way cooked. Then add 1 tbs. low sodium soy sauce and cook until tender. Then add cooked chicken, sweet sour sauce, 1 tbs. honey, 1 teas. rice vinegar, 1/2 cup water and pineapple. Simmer for a few min. then add broccoli.

I ate it with steamed white rice. Eat and enjoy!
