Ingredients:
6 sweet potatoes peeled and cut
1 stick salted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbs. cinnamon
1 teas. sea salt (add if you use unsalted butter)
small marshmallows (optional)
Recipe:
Put cut and peeled sweet potatoes in a large pot and fill with water.
Boil sweet potatoes until soft and fork tender (about 15 to 20 min.)
Drain potatoes; then put back in pot.
Add all other ingredients except marshmallows
Blend with electric beater until smooth
Put in buttered casserole dish
Bake 350* for 30 minutes.
Put marshmallows on top and bake another 10 minutes, until marshmallows are melted and browned.
I made mine with marshmallows but did not get the picture. bummer :(
This is great to have with ham!
