Chichen Gravy with Pasta

                                                          
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts chopped into cubes
1/4 onion chopped
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tbs. butter
2 tbs. olive oil
small can of mushrooms
1 chicken bullion
 dash salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
8 oz. angel hair pasta
1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 tbs. flour or corn starch

First season chicken with seasoning and set aside. 


Saute onion in butter and oil for a few minutes, then add garlic. Saute for 2 minutes. Then add mushrooms and saute, then set aside.


Brown chicken on all sides


Mix cold milk and flour. Stir out lumps


Put chicken and onion mixture together in pan.
 Then add bullion cube, milk mixture, and water.

Simmer for 10 minutes.


Put on cooked pasta and enjoy! Eat with salad or your favorite vegetable.
