Ingredients:
1 package of Hamburger Helper Stroganoff
6 chopped button mushrooms
3/4 cup chopped onions
3 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 pound ground chuck hamburger
1 teas Italian seasoning
dash of sea salt and black pepper
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbs. olive oil
Brown Hamburger with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Drain and set aside.
In same pan saute onions and mushrooms in 2 tbs.olive oil for a few minutes; then add garlic. Saute all together for another 3 minutes.
De-glaze pan with 1/4 cup white wine and let cook for 2 minutes.
Use Hamburger Helper Beef Strogonaff as directed ( it says)- add dry packet with 1/2 cup hot water with 2 1/4 cups milk and the dried pasta.( if sauce looks curdled do not worry , it will be fine). After this add drained hamburger, simmer covered as directed; with pasta for 10 minutes.
It will be a creamy and delicious! Eat and enjoy! A gourmet yummy meal!
