This is SO easy!!
Get a pork butt roast and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Put in a crock pot and add 2 cups water (put in 2 teaspoons of smoke sauce in water this is optional). Cook on low for 8 hours.
Take out and cover with foil; let cool some, then take out bone. Then start shredding. remove all fat. Put on a bun, then add your favorite BBQ sauce.

The crock pot does all the work! Jeff is the best helper!! Thanks sweetie!
Use leftovers for pork fajitas; if there is any left!
