Beef Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
Stew
meat, 1/2 chopped onion, 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 lemon, 5 peeled and
chopped carrots, 2 stalks diced celery, 1 can chopped stewed tomatoes, 5
low sodium beef bullion cubes, 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning, 1 tbsp. mrs.
dash, 1 tbsp. dried parsley, 2 teas. black pepper, and 5 peeled chopped
potatoes.
Brown Beef in 2 tbsp. oil
Add onions & garlic, saute for a few minutes.
Add 1/2 seasonings, 3 low sodium beef bullion cubes, 1/2 lemon and water to cover. Simmer 30 minutes. Until meat is tender.
Then add carrots & celery
Stewed tomatoes
Fill cooking pot 3/4 full with hot tap water and rest of seasoning, and last 2 low sodium beef bullion cubes. Simmer 15 minutes.
Then add 5 small peeled and diced potatoes. Simmer another 15 minutes

Tastes even better the next day!!
You can also make it with; corn, green beans, zucchini, and broccoli. Put vegetables in with the potatoes.
