Pickled Serrano Peppers

In food processor slice thin 7 Serrano Peppers and 1 small onion. 
Using gloves, [I put sandwich baggies on my hands] put ingredients in Mason jar. Then set aside.

In small sauce pan bring to a boil 1 full cup of white vinegar, 1/4 cup water, 1 tsp salt and 2 tbs sugar. Stir 

Pour pickling liquid over sliced Serrano peppers and onions. 

Stir to get bubbles out...Put on lid. 

Let cool, then refrigerate. Really hot but addictive!

Great to put on anything for a really spicy kick!
