Baked Flounder


Ingredients:

5 frozen flounder filets (*important*-thaw and dry filets completely)
2 tbs butter, cut in small pieces
Dash salt, pepper, and Mrs. dash
4 slices of lemon



Set oven at 400 degrees 
In a baking dish, sprinkle fish with seasoning; add butter pieces on top of fish, then lay lemon on top of fish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Tatar sauce:
2 tbs. mayo
4 tbs. sweet pickle relish 
dash of dill weed
stir together
