Turkey Vegetable Soup

Comfort Food!

Ingredients:
1 left over turkey carcass with some meat on it  (I used the one from Thanksgiving)
4 sliced carrots
3 sliced stalks celery
1 onion chopped
5 chicken bullion cubes
1/2 cabbage, chopped
4 peeled and chopped potatoes
1/2 can corn
1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped in food processor
1 teas. Italian seasoning
2 teas. minced garlic cloves
1 tbs. dried parsley
1 teas. onion and garlic powder 
water 


Recipe:
On a low boil, simmer carcass in a large pot filled half with water, add 3 bullion cubes simmer for about an hour.
Take carcass out of broth and d-bone turkey meat off carcass and set aside.
Add all other ingredients to broth except corn, turkey, and potatoes.
Boil for 30 minutes.
Then add potatoes, boil for another 15 to 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Then add corn, and turkey pieces.
Stir, then eat and enjoy!
