Fedio Pasta

One of my friends Judy Garcia made this at a pot luck dinner, I was hooked. I had to have the recipe! I have been making it a lot ever sense. This is a great side dish with any Mexican dish.

Ingredients:


7oz. Vermicelli or Angel hair pasta
2 tbs. oil
1/3 cup tomato sauce or 1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 chopped onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 chicken or beef bullion cube
fresh parsley
water

On medium heat brown pasta in oil. (very important)
Add onion and garlic, saute for a minute
Then add bullion cube and tomato sauce, stir
Add water to barely cover pasta and add parsley
Simmer uncovered until most of water is gone
Then cover and set aside for 5 to 10 minutes


Eat and enjoy! So delicious!
